Burnout/Vicarious Trauma - Dr Helen Austin (1 hour) A discussion about the risk factors and symptoms of burnout to enable you to recognise this common problem. An introduction to the concept of vicarious trauma and ways in which you may see this manifest.

“Every Breath” - Yoga with Dr Vikram Yadav (1.5 hours) An introduction to yoga with the aim of learning practices for you to utilise on a day to day basis to assist with your well-being and stress management.

“Make your Mark” - Chris Betts (2.5 hours) A creative workshop (absolutely no experience required!) to emphasise the importance of balance and to encourage your participation in artistic activity as an adjunct to mindfulness and as a way of managing your day to day work place stressors.

Mindful wine or non alcoholic beverage tasting - This session is an opportunity to discuss the risks of unhealthy stress management strategies which are common within the medical profession and to introduce mindfulness techniques as a way of reducing the risk of substance misuse.
